A two-day international conference on the development of the so-called inclusive education projects in secondary schools is held at the Faculty of Education for Children and Special Educational Needs of the University of Debrecen in Hajdúböszörmény. At the event, which is attended by almost eighty participants including the hosts, experts from Slovakia, Poland and the Czech Republic are to share their experiences on this topic.

The management of the University of Debrecen received a delegation from Ulsan College, accompanied by H.E. Park Chul-min, Ambassador of the Republic of Korea to Hungary. During the meeting held during the course of the visit, discussions were held, among other things, on preparations for an internship program scheduled for the end of this summer to be supported jointly by Ulsan College, the University of Debrecen and the company EcoPro BM.
Researchers of the Faculty of Informatics at the University of Debrecen could find out about the most recent trends and developments in the fields of artificial intelligence, industrial digitalization, university-industry collaboration and startup ecosystems at the Chinese-Hungarian AIM (Artificial Intelligence Management) Summit held in Shenzhen, one of the most dynamically developing technology and innovation hubs in the People’s Republic of China. As a result of their recent visit, extensive professional cooperation may develop in the future between the Faculty of Informatics at the University of Debrecen and quite a few of the key actors in the Shenzhen-Hong Kong innovation and academic region.
The physical and mental health and well-being of its staff and students are important to the University of Debrecen. To that end, the institution is introducing massage chairs as a new service at its campuses on Egyetem Square, Böszörményi Road, and Kassai Road, as well as in the Faculty of Engineering building in Ótemető Street. Specialists have installed nine of these relaxation devices on Wednesday.
